The project manager must ensure quality

Emil Madsen is the new project manager at WeedFighter. His task will be to create an overview of the further development of the machine. Emil Madsen is a trained mechanical engineer and brings extensive project experience with him.

In previous positions, I have been responsible for the technical planning of offshore wind farms and production environments, says Emil Madsen.
Much of the time will be spent on hands-on tasks such as preparing equipment lists, fine-tuning the technology, and maintaining documentation related to the performance of WeedFighter machines. But the core of the role is product management. Emil Madsen will contribute to the development of a product strategy that includes a clear structure and clear processes.
